Michael Womack is the Senior Partner and minority owner of the firm.

Mr. Womack has over fifteen years of professional experience with the
Internal Revenue Service [IRS] and the Oklahoma Tax Commission
[OTC].  He worked as a Tax Auditor with both agencies.  He served
with the IRS in Examination, Taxpayer Service and Collection roles.  

In 2005, Mr. Womack left the IRS and accepted a Tax Auditor position
with the Oklahoma Tax Commission where he worked the 100%
Disabled American Veteran Sales Tax Exemption project.

In 2006 Mr. Womack left public service and joined a private tax
partnership.

Mr. Womack was first commissioned as a Notary Public in 2001 while in
the Dallas area.  Upon moving back to Oklahoma, he resigned his
Texas commission and obtained an Oklahoma commission.

Mr. Womack holds a Class B Commercial Drivers License and has
driven as a Special Needs school bus driver for both Lawton and
Moore public schools.

Besides his professional endeavors, Michael is active in local
community and social development activities.  He is a active member of
the Moore Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the IRS Small
Business Workshop cadre for Oklahoma and regularly presents Small
Business related workshops.   He is a certified lay speaker at his
church.
In a word...SERVICE!  It seems to me that a lot of business owners pay
lip-service trying to convince potential customers that they want their
business.  So why is it that they force you to alter your schedule to
spend your money with them?  The two biggest sales pitches for going
into business for yourself are "Be Your Own Boss" and "Set Your Own
Hours".  So why is it that so many businesses are only open during the
time that most of their customers are at work?

At Zero Degrees Tax LLP our conception of customer service is It's All
About You!  And we are serious about this concept.  We do not
operate a storefront location that has set hours of operation.  Our
concept is to Go To The Customer.   We meet with you when it is
convenient for you.  We will come to your home or office OR, if you are
not comfortable with that, we maintain a location where you can meet
us.  We are even setup to conduct business with you utilizing mail,
phone and/or e-mail services.

Beverly
Womack
Beverly Womack is the General Partner and majority owner of the firm.

Mrs. Womack holds a Masters of Education from Southwestern
Oklahoma State University in Guidance and Counseling.  She also
holds a Bachelors of Science from Northwestern Oklahoma State
University.  Beverly has served as a public school educator in
Colorado and Oklahoma.  She has held teaching certificates in
Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma.  She has held a counseling certificate
in Texas and currently holds a teaching and counseling certificate in
Oklahoma.

Beverly is currently employed with the Moore public school system
where she works as a Guidance Counselor at Moore High School.
